Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

The pictures of most products are not the exact same product you will receive  as you will be shipped a packaged item that is brand new.*

*Used items pictures will be the item you will receive

 

Where can I view my sales receipt?

It's available in your account dashboard

How can I return an item?

Returns are by authorization only and must be approved and a return goods number provided that must be with the returned item. You will be responsible for return shipping unless other arrangements are agreed to by SMG

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Out of stock items may not return. Backordered items will return to stock. If an item is not available for backorder then an out of stock item may be pulled as discontinued.

Where can I ship my order?

Shipping is currently only available in the lower 48. Expanding shipping to AK, HI & international is in the works.
